Staff was friendly. Rooms clean but a bit small. Free breakfast was decent. Outside looks a bit rough but nice on the inside. Would stay again.
All the staff was amazing. We booked at the last minute because the hotel we originally booked in Columbus messed up. So Comfort Inn hooked us up. Our King Suite was nice, the pool and hot tub was great, they allowed us to have a late check out, and they even have a fresh breakfast bar! If you need a room in Marion I would recommend this hotel.
5 stars for customer service! Jeanie was fabulous. We had a minor issue w/a room and she went all over finding the best option to move us to. Only complaint is the beds are about 3’ tall. Very difficult for old short people with knee and back issues to climb into and out of.Even the accessibility room had tall bed and tub would like to see shorter beds and walk-in shower.

I really like this hotel, can park the Trk out front on the street and can keep an eye on it. The pool is a nice touch after a long hard day, it's always very clean. The staff is always nice and friendly and polite and do their jobs professionally. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. It's not a party hotel so you can always get a good night quite sleep. The breakfast in the morning is free and always good. Check in and check out is always fast. Nothing but good stuff to say about the place, I always stay here when I come to Marion.
Our location is under renovations currently but our room was very nice. Checking person was not very personable but got us checked in very quickly. Then said no drinking, no smoking, no vaping, no parties. I am a 71 year old grandma checking in with 12 year old granddaughter. It was almost funny.the pool area was very clean and well maintained. We were able to spend large amounts of time. All the staff was very helpful and quick to answer questions. The food was standard breakfast fare but hot, plentiful and staff always present to make sure everything was fresh and refilled. I will stay here again.
For a 2 Star hotel—I love staying here! I have stayed a few times when I’ve needed to come to Marion, OH. Room is always clean; staff is helpful, breakfast is good. I especially appreciate the non-smoking hotel. Staff Person found ESPN for medical I watch MBL playoff game!
Great stay. Right off the high way. Rooms are clean. The beds in the double queen room was a bit high from the ground and the bathroom was a bit small but for the price everything was great. The kids loved the pool and the hours for the pool and breakfast are good. Speaking of the breakfast. Great choices and good food. The food area was kept clean and organized. The lobby and halls were clean and every staff member was super nice. Will definitely be planing another stay here.
The hotel is very clean and looks to have recent updates. It felt like a new hotel. Beds were so comfortable that I didn’t want to get out of bed in the morning. I appreciated that the pool was open so early since we arrived late and didn’t get to enjoy it the night before. The pool area was warm so getting in and out of the water we weren’t freezing. The staff was very friendly. We interacted with the night shift group, the food prep coordinator, and the day shift desk clerk and had positive encounters with each one of them.
